Day 1: Body Conditioning, Navy Seals Warm-up, Power Training, Free hand strength training, Self- Defence training
Day 2: Complete Obstacle Course, Burma Bridge Archery, Rifle Shooting, Cat walk, Rock Climbing, Rappelling, Rope Bridge and Spider net.
Day 3: Fire Tyre, Bob wire crawling, Mine Field, Bamboo hurdle, Tyre Climbing, Balance walk, Tarzan Rope, Commando Net, Valley Crossing.
Date: 10th , 11th & 12nd Feb.
Venue: Camp is divided in 2 Phases, 1st Phase will be conducted in SGNP Mumbai and 2nd Phase will be held in Pune.
Time: Reporting Time 8:00am on 10th February 2019
Fees: Rs. 11,600/- plus taxes extra.
