Candidates attempt 100 questions (300 marks) in two hours, and one mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. Here’s the paper pattern for AFCAT exam:
Verbal Calibre in English *(25 questions)*: Grammar Correction, Vocabulary Testing, Sentence Structuring, Synonyms and Antonyms and Comprehension
General Awareness *(25 questions)*: Basic Geography, History, Civics, Sports, Current Affairs, Politics, Defence, Art, Environment, Culture, Politics
Reasoning Military Aptitude Test *(32 questions)*: Spatial Ability and Verbal Skills
Numerical Calibre *(18 questions)*: Decimal Fractions, Profit and Loss, Ratio and Proportion, Simple Interest, Percentage and Simplification.
